We want you to feel confident saying yes to Heartbeat. Here’s exactly how refunds work.
Find Your Beat Deposit ($49)
Fully refundable any time before your program start date — no questions asked. Once your 6-week program begins, your deposit becomes part of your program payment and is covered by the guarantee below instead.
Find Your Beat Guarantee
Complete your Body Blueprint homework and check in with us every week for all 6 weeks. If you don’t feel measurably stronger, more mobile, and more at home in your body, we’ll refund your program investment. To qualify:
- Attend at least 80% of your scheduled sessions
- Complete your weekly check-ins and homework
- Request your refund within 7 days of your Week 6 follow-up
Memberships (MOVE, MOVE & HEAL, TRANSFORM)
No long-term contract — cancel any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 28-day cycle; we don’t refund time already paid for within an active cycle.
Class Packs and Drop-Ins
5- and 10-class punch cards and drop-ins are non-refundable once purchased. Punch cards are valid for approximately 4 months and may be used by another household member.
Individual Sessions (Body Blueprint, Reiki)
Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable.
