We want you to feel confident saying yes to Heartbeat. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

Find Your Beat Deposit ($49)

$49 holds your Find Your Beat spot and applies to your $297 founding price. We’ll schedule a 15-minute call to make sure it’s the right fit. The $248 balance is due within 7 days of your call. The deposit is fully refundable until your balance is paid. Once your balance is paid and your 6-week program begins, it becomes part of your program payment and is covered by the guarantee below instead.

Opening Guarantee

If Heartbeat Studio is not open by February 1, 2027, founding members receive a full refund.

Find Your Beat Guarantee

Complete your Body Blueprint homework and check in with us every week for all 6 weeks. If you don’t feel stronger, move better, and feel more at home in your body — we refund your investment.

To qualify: attend about 80% of your sessions, complete your weekly check-ins and homework, and request your refund within 7 days of your Week 6 follow-up.

Memberships (MOVE, MOVE & HEAL, TRANSFORM)

No long-term contract — cancel any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 28-day cycle; we don’t refund time already paid for within an active cycle.

Class Packs and Drop-Ins

5- and 10-class punch cards and drop-ins are non-refundable once purchased. Punch cards are valid for approximately 4 months and may be used by another household member.

Individual Sessions (Body Blueprint, Reiki)

Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable.
